Will Tamamo ever be upgraded to some higher level as Amateratsu?

I just got to the portion in her interlude in FGO where she says could destroy the multiverse as Amateratsu, and while this fact has been mentioned in other threads I looked at before this, it's only been that so far, mentioned in passing, as far I could tell.

Will this bear any fruit in her receiving an upgrade?

A: They're parallel... sort of. But if Zelretch was observing, it'd become true, and my feelings on the matter is that I'd rather two routes disappear if one was true.
If all of these became possible at the same time, the other routes would become meaningless.

Multiversal nasu has been a thing for a while

KnK Tsukihime and Fate all take place in different universes

Fate zero and stay night are separate but similar universes

HA is a different universe from stay night

Prillya is in a separate universe that also on it's own contains two other universes, the miyuverse and the mirror world

Fgo is separate from the rest of the franchise and so is notes
