Usually users who Blatantly vandalise profiles for tier 0, gets banned permanently. That's basically them trolling.

imo, case by case situation, if users add tier 0 to the profile, but stop after getting a warning and instruction then we can be lenient a toward them, if they keep ignoring us, re-adding tier 0 or controversial abilities, statistics then perman-ban is in order

I would agree, but the summary seems to indicate that it's a test or something. Obviously that doesn't justify destroying the profile, but I'm not sure they're actually malicious.
