Strange, after looking at the user, they made 3 edits in 2022, the first edit added Omnipresent but then he removed it, the 3rd edit is just render change, the newest which is the one i reverted

Extreme vandalism like giving 1-A ratings to random profiles is a permaban offense in our rules. So I have done it.
If another staff members wants to reduce it, it's fine too with me (a final chance as it were, considering their low activity).

No. Malicious troll vandalism from members who have not done a lot of productive other activities, and do not simply seem clueless, almost always means that they are just here to deliberately harm our wiki. A permanent ban is appropriate. Thanks again.
