The time erasure only erases a portion of time in order for it to be low 2C it would have to erase all time.

He didn't affect an Entire Space-Time continumm and neither was hinted that he could do so. Only thing he did was rewind the Causality of the Universe even when Time was erased. So yeah, High 3-A
