Why is toon force not getting the respect it deserves?

I would say I'm still pretty green on this website and I haven't found out how everything works. So this has been really bugging me, but why does toon force gets pushed aside as if it's not a big deal. If Bugs is in 5-A does that mean he loses to someone like Xeno Goku? Really? I don't see how. He became the animator of his own short, how does he not be able to beat people like Xeno Goku or any other tier 2s?

That's where his plot manip comes from, though he gets blitzed either way.

Toon force is treated as limited Reality Warping iirc, but it, like anything else, is bound by it's feats.

Because just like anything else, he has to activate it for it to matter. Xeno Goku is something like 286 quadrillion times ftl. You could have all the hax in the world and it wouldn't matter if your opponent could beat you to death before you can even think.

But seriously though, if he were to be granted time, or speed equalized wouldn't he beat other higher tier (not just Goku) characters?

If he uses any hax that they can't resist and Bug himself doesn't die first, yes.

Not people who are physically 4D or resist or have faster activating stuff of their own or s lot of countermeasures. Toon force isn't some unbeatable ability, just like any hax there's workarounds.

In an inaccurate way, that's like saying that someone who can manipulate a planet can beat someone who can manipulate galaxies because the latter is in the planet of the former.
