Why is Thor rated as unknown over 6B+?

Because Stormbreaker is inconsistent. It could slice through Thanos's 5-A beam but did not instantly destroy Thanos's unshielded High 6-B body

A shotgun blast aimed at your feet won't kill you. Doesn't mean it couldn't blow up your head if aimed there. See Thanos' line about where Thor should have aimed.
I think Stormbreaker should be 5-A. That blast is > Power Stone obviously, but it also isn't the full extent of the Gauntlet's power, which is vague.

Thor w/Stormbreaker should absolutely be "at least 5-A". Also Thanos w/completed gauntlet should be "at least 5-A" since the completed gaunt is far more powerful than the solo Power Stone by an unknown margin.
