Why is Hermit Purple 10-C

The thing has outright peak human feats at the very least. And Dio saying it's the weakest stand of all has two flaws with it. One, Dio is kinda cocky. Two, he's likely talking it's the weakest of the Egyptian Travel group or whatever they're called, which is all around like, 9-A or 8-C.

At the very least, Hermit Purple should be scaled to Joseph himself.

I wonder, if they were going to adapt the series to animation at least 10 years after the original sourrce material, why dont just make part 3 dio be like part 6 dio? Or show Jotaro training with SP after part 4.
