I don't understand why goku black is Only 3-A even though he Rivals the power of Ssjb Vegeta and Ssjb Goku.Ssjb Goku And Ssjb Vegeta are both atleast Low Multiversal due To The Battle Of Gods feat and Scaling Above People Like Janemba,Buuhan and Kid Buu.This is likely already been said but Beerus and Goku had the power to destroy the macroverse.The Shockwaves of Beerus and Goku's clash reached the realm of Kais in episode 13.Also In episode 13 we see the kaioshin squinting and anticipating that he is going to die.They see from the spirit ball ki into their dimension which was from the clash.The elder kai says Goodbye in episode 12 to kaioshin like a parting gift referring that the shockwaves had entered into their dimension.The Shockwaves would have destroyed the macroverse yet we have Goku Black who EXCEEDS Goku and Vegeta in Black Arc By Far is Only 3-A

Being 3-A in size and being seperated by spacetime is not enough to qualify as 2-C, the realms themselves need to be Low 2-C in order to justify 2-C

Having a different flow of time isn’t enough either. You can have areas where time flows differently within the same space-time continuum.

different flow of time =/= space time continuum, even on real life we have this effect.
it's true that they are dividied by a space barrier, but it must be a space between dimensions, a 5D place.
