Like, unless I'm mistaken, aren't they just balloon, as durable as they may be, going from point A to point B? When do they harm anything?

Why do Bloons have Attack Potencies scaling to their own durabilities?

Well, certain bosses can harm the monkeys, but yeah, most of them should just have unknown attack potency

Yeah, MOAB-class can scale to their durability, as apparently they can harm heroes somehow, supposedly by ramming.
The regular bloons are scaled to their KE, I think? I mean, they could, as bloons can move faster than transonic darts and boomerangs quite early on the tracks.
In fact, bloons deserves a small revision, there are some feats and things to be calculated that have been neglected, I feel.

You have to be in a verse that treats movement KE realistically,for it to be a thing.
...also no I don't think they're scaled to KE, in fact the Bloons file just says durability justifications for AP
