Why are the Medaka box characters at there current ratings?

It doesn't seem to be implied for Medaka or the others to have gotten any physically stronger in the Unzen Arc. In fact, it takes place immediately after the end of the "BoS" arc.

ITs also kind of confusing that Medaka base Key is scaled to city block level when the city block level feat was done by War god mode Medaka. I think maybe if her base justification was something like:

Shouldn't be far off from her war god mode strength wise, as she can defeat Kumagawa while under the effects of bookmaker.

or something around that meaning if you can think of better wording

Then change her war god mode justification to simply

Came close to pulling down part of the academy with raw strength alone.

IT would be more clear that the city block feat is the building being pulled apart that is mentioned in her War god mode justification. I think this would help people unfamiliar with the series to find the city block level feat easier, which is important because everyone scales to that feat.

About Pre-Unzen Medaka's speed, I believe the only feat is disarming a bunch of people, which is already calc'd and on the profile.

No, the wings of the school contain multiple large buildings. We never see the full view of what she is pulling, so we cannot calc it either

We can calc it if the school is shown at any point in the series. Get the area of one wing, see what it is made of, get a timeframe, get KE.
