Why are Meta games different than 4th wall feats in cartoons.

Just something I was wondering while watching an imacared play through. My best guess is that it's not a gag, but I've seen several admins say that 4th wall breaking is a useless ability, yet whenever I see the video game equivalent, it's tier 2.

Because Metafiction is part of the core cosmology and theme of Undertale. It isn't for gag cartoons such as Looney Tunes.

It also isn't an outlier for Undertale characters.

Don't get me wrong. This was not trying to get Looney Tunes back to 2-C. Just a question. (I know you weren't implying that I was, but just to clarify)
