You can just read the linked section, it’s not long. It’s just that I really, really wonder what part of it is supposed to be the “universal” here.

They tell you that a soul is just some complex abstract structure that contains information and exchanges it and whatever:

And then they tell you that this information is what does literally everything else. For example like constructing the realities, and by even equating it to Aether Information, which is js what makes up the normal reality as well.

So why is basic IM2 being equated to CM1? Who knows. Beats me.

It also used Stigmas as supporting evidence with the justification for those based on the Imaginary shit, but that was nuked with the Path stuff last CRT so it doesn’t work either:

All being independent concepts, with the Herrschers being independent from their authorities, Aeons being the incarnation of their paths which are independent from reality, Stigmas being unaffected by anything it governs.

It’s the second part of it. The first part was removing Imaginary/Paths as CM1 (which was applied) and this part is about removing the rest that is left (souls) as CM1.

In HSR it's called the "data of consciousness". So it's js some complex structure that acts as the foundation of the mind (basic IM2). Realistically nothing about it is CM, but the standards here are so vague that even a 1-off statement about it being a "conceptual honeycomb" might pass as CM (even though it's obvious it's not meant to be a literal concept).
