We're supposed to focus on their profiles. You may think that Luffy is Yonko level but we have to go on what's in their profiles.
Even on hypothetical arguments Vista has incredible feats- taking on admirals and Mihawk who is really a 6B who we have at low 6B for lack of feats.

Luffy has versatility, Haki advantage, range and skill. Even if they are equal, Vista has nothing on him but swords.

Vista actually scales to other Yonko commanders like Cracker and Jozu, the latter of which was toyed with by Doflamingo using ParasitoLordWhis said:

Snakeman's not stronger than Tankman nor Boundman but that's besides the point.

Boundman is weaker than the other 2 because it couldn't dent Cracker nor Katakuri, while Tankman and Snakeman can potentially 1 shot the Yonko commanders with certain techniques,The Calaca said:

This isn't really a good match. We haven't really seen what Vista is capable of. I would probably give this to Vista though, seeing as how he was contending with Mihawk. He probably has the speed to keep up and the attack power to harm Luffy. But we should honestly wait for feats.
