Since the rake is a bit more intelligent than SCP-966, he would most likely start attacking them when SCP-966 starts attacking The Rake, since SCP-966 is physically weak and their claws are easy to break, The Rake seems to have the advatange here while being able to use his mind hax.

Honestly, I'm leaning towards The Rake here, i can imagine that it wouldn't be that hard to land a killing blow on SCP-966 despite being invisible, and their body is physically weak which just gives The Rake the advantage.

The SCP is a passive atacker waiting It's victimns be to weak to fight back and the rake can probable locate the SCP trough telephaty, the SCP being described as fragile also makes me think in a actual fight the Rake should have a much easier time damaging the bird thing
