Where is statement that Isshiki stronger than Kaguya came from?

I just wondering because in his AP section that said

likely Large Planet level (He is more powerful than Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.

the link that was attached with "more powerful" is missing, maybe they've deleted it already. So, could anyone who saw it before it was deleted tell me what its content was?

There may be another one I don’t know of, but there’s also an episode summary on the official naruto site that calls isshiki the strongest enemy, or something along the lines of that. I think it’s episode 214 or 215
