I don't have knowledge about dimension theory much but do you think 5D Higurashi strictly follows the theory enough to be 5D? Should it get revised with further explanation?
(I means 5D in context is the space that encompasses 4D parallel worlds but such a space in other verses doesn't automatically be 5D.

I just think that some people will say that Ryukishi isn't a sci-fi writer so calling 5D doesn't means 5D in dimension theory by default.

It is a higher dimension than time that stores and separates all possible states a world can have throughout a process of quantum branching, independent from that temporal flow itself, because there is no “potentiality” as such. All states coexist as actualities.
