I'd make the Culexus Assassin's Power Nullification a little bit more balanced. Make it more akin to this guy's null. I'd probably add back 4-A Super Sonic and give the world tier 5 base Sonic. I'm not that ambitious. After all, making my favorite characters tier 0 means I can't use them in fights anymore.
