What type of Conceptual Manipulation is this?

Destroying a concept and that in turn erases from existence everything related to that concept. For example: destroying the concept of Chair from existence, which in turns erases all chairs from existence and stops them from existing forever as an effect of that.

So, what type of CM is this?

Type 2, maybe type 1 with further context. Is the concept dependent on changes made on reality ?

What do you mean by this exactly? Like, affecting the physical objects related to that concept (like physically destroying all chairs, to tie it back to my example in the OP) also affecting the concept?

No, whether this concept is bound to the reality it inhabits, like a universe or a multiverse.

If it is independent from the reality it governs i.e. the universe/multiverse, then it's Type 1. But if it gets nuked alongside the universe/multiverse/reality that it governs, Type 2.

Basically what KLOL said above. If said concept is affected when destroying/modifying the physical reality to which it is linked, it's type 2. If not, it's type 1. That's why I was talking about context.
