As the title says, in A Will Eternal, "realms" are specifically contained in one universe and have a singular time for all of them, but each of the million and ten thousand Realms have their own starry skies, as well as personal laws of realities.
Mostly, I'm asking if this is enough to cross into 3-C of its own or not.
The nine vortexes really did come from sprawling worlds that the Mortal Renegade had brought nirvanic extermination to, worlds that had their own starry skies. Therefore, Bai Xiaochun’s use of the Sutra of Former Reincarnation did not just dredge up the memories of living beings, but of entire starry skies!
