What kind of abilities temporarily "removing" all celestial bodies, and all related power?

So we have field of power that draws and depend from a "abstract symbol" off celestial bodies and the cosmic.
Then there's regular event similar to blood moon which make entire sky completely dark and lack of distinguishable distance.
Many related field of power which got their "symbol" removed during this period rendered useless. Example:

• Astrology (Fate, Information related abilities)
• Sun (Holy related abilities)
• Moon (Unholy related abilities)
• Cosmic (Force, Energy related abilities)

Said power can works if they use different symbol and rune that represent other like Knowledge, Light, Underworld, Earth
