Goku doesn't need hax to actually kill Seiya, he'd just need to gain resistance to atomic hax and soul destruction.

I mean there are a lot of different hax that could help Goku considering the wide variety of hax in fiction. Some passive hax that lowers the speed of his opponent might be useful but Goku doesn't really develop hax unless it's to counter someone else's hax.

Not really. He's peefectlp capable of just getting up and healing himself, but that would result in Terra being consumed by s massive warp storm which would probably become at least like a new eye of terror, if the chaos God's themselves aren't rrleased. So he stays there.

Not much, to beat just Seiya.
Resistance to Soul and Atomic destruction is all that is really needed and greater Speed feats.
ToP Base Goku has resistance to both destruction on a Base Energy and Spiritual scale.
After resisting Sidra's energy of Destruction. Which erases you on a spiritual and on a fundamental energy scale.
To solo the entire Saint Seiya Universe, he needs a bit more stuff. Like High Godly Regen, Dimensional Sealing techniques and 2B stat and range, and infinite speed.

or y'know u could just give him a 1-A Longinus Testament and enough speed that he doesn't get blitzed before he throws it and call it a day.
