What does the word "Outlier" and "Pis" mean exactly?

There’s no reason for him to be that weak at the time. That’s just inserting arbitrary story elements that don’t exist, which is head canon. The reason why the concept of outliers exist, is becuase its well known that over the course of time, an authors gonna write something stupid. That’s why you have to discern whether or not a feat is applicable, by deciding whether or not it’s consistent

It’s not arbitrary. Everyknows a large set of authors, over a large set of time, can’t be consistent all the time. That’s logic. You can’t expect them to write everything perfectly from the perspective of debating. They just do what’s entertaining, and they don’t even write good story’s from that perspective once in a while.
PIS and Outlier is also arbitrary, invalid argument

Why does the author matter here? Im talking about works of fiction, like the text. Not the person that writes it, because that's separate

The reason why you can taser Thor is one comic, and then try to nuke him, and it does jackshit, is because the authors were different( or not on drugs at the time /s) if you consider every single thing a person does in a comic consistent, by making up that ALL chars vary their power for no reason at all, you end with messes, like the ones noted on the outlier and pis page

hulk fought the one below all
spider-man fought the hulk
doctor octopus survives punches from spider-man
aunt may hurt doc ock with a slap

1-A may

This was After someone died of a heart attack saving her from the vulture, so rage amp would make sense here. And vulture lived. 1-a vulture.

Could just be caught off guard or just his durability dropping. Or their AP increased due to unknown reason. Calling it PIS or outlier is just lazy and unsubstantiated

i kinda wanna close it cuz the question has been more than answered but this is kinda funny
