What are the standard for a durability feat?

Literally, how small damage must a character hit by a particular attack take for the strength of that attack to scale its durability?

In fiction, in general, even if the durability is significantly different, if it is a melee(punch, kick) attack, the target's body is often not pulverized.

And, if some attack completely pulverization everything that have Insufficient durability in the same scene, can the durability of the target maintaining the shape that was hit by that attack be scaled to the attack strength?

And what if some attack hit by the target is an attack with a large area? energy projection or wind pressure

It needs to be moderate damage for AP to scale from durability; we usually avoid chip damaging or striking gag parts like the eye or private section as reason for scaling. Though, if you're asking the opposite, a character needs to not only survive an attack but also stand up to it with moderate damage at worst for durability to scale from the attacker's attack potency.

moderate damage, would it be enough if the character's parts hit by the attack could be recognized in their original shape (ex eyes, nose and mouth. not gag)? And in the second case, can loosen it up a bit?
