What are the limits of Mimicry?

Here's the scenario

The God of the multiverse is actually a puppet of a transcendent being. This Transcendent being can casually create anything he wants. He can easily create copies of God, and God's second in commands without issue. And can copy anything and everything in the multiverse easily including extremely powerful reality warpers. In fact, there is no known limit to what he cannot imitate.

What are the vsbw limits on what he can and cannot copy for such a being? I'm thinking can can easily copy the opponent as well

Considering the Avatar is a puppet, the transcendent being himself, being infinitely superior........

So no limit to what he can copy of everything below him, I'm referring to those on the level of God?,

Anything that's not too far from whats located in the source material.

For example, if they can copy Fire Magic, then copying Elemental Manipulation is not too far out there. And if they can copy Reality Warping them to copy Subjective Reality, and things on that level is fine. And if the Verse has showings on Conceptual Manip despite them never copying it themselves that works as well.

It only becomes an issue when they have feats of copying Fate Manipulation and you think they can copy Plot Manip.
