What are the best and worst hax?

It all depends. How strong are the hax? If all are taken into max level or if they are the same level. Then these are the strongest one:
Power Nullification
Power Mimicry
Causality Manipulation
And arguably the strongest:
Power Creation. No matter what ur skill is, this can recreate it. No matter what your skill is, this can nullify it. No matter what your skill is, this can counter it. No matter what your weakness is, this can exploit it.
It's imo the best power. Completely Free Power Creation. It can create the above skills on a whim. That is the single strongest hax possible. This "can" be stronger. It's not "single" doe.

(omnipotence would be the strongest but that's not a skill, nor hax, it's more like a state of being)

Absrobtion is always nice, as is reactive evolution. Lower dimensional manipulation is completely useless.
