I'm shocked that no one brought up the Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood dub, I found it really quality and much more enjoyable than the Japanese dub. Other honorable mentions of good dubbing but not necessarily better than the subs is Baka to Test, Black Lagoon, and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun.

I generally enjoy dub if it involves characters that aren't in a Japanese setting.

Fmab, obviously. DBS has a great dub, kai's is better in my opinion. Shippuden's dub CAN be better with some voices, for example Pain, Konan, Obito, Madara.
