Hmm.... I dunno, but I'm pretty sure 21 just programmed the Machine in such a way as to not effect the clones, rather then the Machine being unable to effect clones in general.

Divinity would be a problem though.

I don't see how 21 has any chance whatsoever if the Waves don't work. She's dealing with like Quadrillions of people around her level of strength all at once.

Why would an inventor/user of a machine be barred from using a tech they use reliantly? She built the machine once (Or at least the good one did to try and supress the evil side) and had access to it from then on.

According to the DBZ wiki, the waves don't effect clones and divine beings such as the GoDs, Angels, and Shinjin.If either of these are true then 21's waves are useless since in GOH clones slightly different from their original(even genetically) and are their own person(but the closer they are to their original the more they behave like them but also are just as powerful as the original) and about the divine being thing Satan is a God.

If this is true, 21 using Waves or not doesn't even matter, because Satan is divine and won't be affected by the device.

The reason (I remember it now) was that they were both bloodlusted, so Gil gets his Enkidu power null chains off before Satan can clone himself. Which... isn't... entirely... right... now that I think about it.

But screw it, I'm not remaking that.
