If we ignore that though, Kenshiro outskills pretty hard iirc and has a decent AP advantage, I'd give it to Kenshiro.

Maybe it's because I haven't read the manga but I haven't seen Chad do that. Edit: decided to disable it so the fight wouldn't end in 1 second.

This is the only thing I can recall, and it's debatable whether or not that was due to his Reiatsu or just the Shinigami's cowardice.

Regardless, now that it's restricted, I would say Kenshiro wins.
