Depend if we assume Goku being able to hit intangible stuff allow him to hit Demonbane or not, in both case it's a stomp either way though because either Goku can do shit and die from the MUI strain after a while or Demonbane end up fight someone way stronger than him, way more skilled and surprisingly more versatile while ST has little to no chance of being used before Goku kills him (and i don't remember if ST is dodgeable, if it is, MUI basicaly make it impossible to land).
