but then his luck makes it so that it only hits CC
Theres been situations where phineas had to counter people alot tougher than him and his luck still saved him at the end of the day,, his luck would counter that AP advantage

So his luck would teleport him away? I think you underestimate how fast (and huge) meteors can be.

It doesn't even have to be a meteor, CC's limbs could just break upon hitting phineas or he could immediately collapse from exhaustion before the fight could begin or something

The video showing Phineas' probability manip is private and can't be seen. Someone should find another vid. Also, if its similar to Moe Szyslak's then its Supernatural Luck and not probability manip. I wonder if people realise the page exists.

The Meteor was just an example. There are other stuff that could happen that'll kill CC but not Phineas. Also, with the passive probability manipulation, his luck would probably prevent the meteor from killing himBigSmoke4269 said:

If the meteor would land just far enough from Phineas to not kill him, but will kill CC. Meteors can also vary in size so CC could just be hit with a very small meteor (the meteor doesn't start very small, but the atmosphere would burn most of the meteor and leave a very small chunk to hit him).BigSmoke4269 said:

It's pretty clear that his luck isn't unbreakable. For example, that one time Candace successfully "busted" them.

Although I must say that Phineas' Probability Manip doesn't work like it's being advertised on this thread. CC would likely land punches, but he would be unable to get the final hit due to some really complex, out of nowhere bullshit that incaps him or outright kills him. So it's not going to be like Phineas is gonna be invincible for the entirety of the match.
