Mooooom! Phineas and Ferb are BEEG.

I mean. Is it true or not? We don't need to wait for that guy, surely we can just determine this ourselves? Do they go to an alternate universe, and in that alternate universe, are they the same size, thus discrediting the idea of everything having grown?

Aight, here’s some time travel examples that contradict the size changing:

I could go more into detail, but this should be enough to encapsulate the issue here.

Well, I think that the premise of this revision has been disproven then. 🙏

Just my two cents:

They actually time-traveled to the events of "Rollercoaster: The Musical!", not first episode. Just precising.

This is valid.
This film also comes after the events of "Attack of the 50 Foot Sister", the episode came out in 2009 while the film was released in 2011
The episodes are not necessarily in order, just saying. However, the movie does indeed chronologically come after most of the season 3 as it recognizes all of the inventions up to certain episode in one scene.

Anyways, with those inconsistencies, I think it's fair to say that the effects of the Growth Elixir (and/or Doofenshmirtz's inator) were temporary. That's kind of it.
