This Sasuke is the one with Fire Manipulation, Transformation, Lightning Manipulation, Incomplete Susanoo, Substitution jutsu (allows him to swap with an inanimate object avoiding damage. Useful for surprise attacks), Kirin (requires some kind of setting up though), Amaterasu (black flames that can't be quenched and has worked on heat and something resistant to fire. He can also manipulate it and imbue it on his Susanoo), Genjutsu (Illusions/Mind Manipulation), Summoning Jutsu (Hawks and snakes. I think some of them can use poison though I'm not sure), Precognition with his Sharingan and I guess he would be able to copy Weiss' fighting style. That's all I can remember for now.

In this case, I think i'll go with Sasuke. Precog + illusions + substitute technique + poison is too much for Weiss to handle at once. She is definitely smart, but she is also cocky, and Sasuke could exploit that to defeat her.
