KAIJU NO. 8 vs RWBY

Because the last KN8 vs RWBY wants so well, why not another

Rules
  • Speed Equalized
  • Both in-character, but willing to kill
  • 7-C Versions, nothing above the tier
    • Numbers Weapon 6 Reno and Post-Haven Weiss
  • Location: Destroyed City
  • Starting Distance: 50 meters
  • Win via KO, Incapacitation, or Death
  • SBA everything else

Both characters come from worlds where humanity faces off against a race of monster, Grimm and Kaiju, leading to the creation of a special force, Huntsmen and Defense Force, to combat these threats. Both possess white-colored hair, favoring ice-attacks over the other options they have, and are known as the partner of the main protagonist of their respective series, having formed a bond with them after being antagonistic toward them in the beginning.

When put against one another, who will triumph and emerge victorious as the best partner?!

Their similarities are: Forcefield Creation, Statistics Amplification, Enhanced Senses, Acrobatics, Weapon Mastery, Elemental Manipulation, Light Manipulation, Explosion Manipulation, Energy Projection, and Status Effect Inducement.

Weiss' Advantages: Homing Attack, Gravity/Vector Manipulation, Limited Time manipulation Summoning(she also has Teleportation and Size Manipulation for her summons), and Healing via her health and aura restoring items.

Reno's Advantages: Regeneration(High-Low), Accelerated Development(he can improve his Physical Statistics and Abilities during Battle), Reactive Evolution, Information Analysis, Analytical Prediction, Instinctive Action, Fear-inducing aura/Perception Manipulation, he can negate durability with his Ice Manipulation, and Stealth Mastery.

Reno is a long distance fighter, so he will focus heavily on long distance attacks. In his Numbers Weapon 6 Suit, he will primarily utilizes freezing attacks non-stop. If his attacks are ineffectual at first, he will just desire more power from his suit and grow stronger and faster until his attacks begin to work.

Thanks for the info. So after comparing their profiles, it seems that Weiss will have the advantage in the start since she is 7-C in base while Reno has to amp himself to reach that tier. With that said, since speed is equalized that means that Reno can dodge Weiss' attacks with his Analytical prediction though if he get's hit then he'll either die or lose a limb since since High-Low regen can only allow one to reattach limbs not regenerate them, unless of course Reno's forcefield can withstand attacks higher than his own durability.
Weiss' forcefield also gives her Resistance to Extreme Heat and Cold so that coupled with the initial stat advantage means that Reno won't be doing much in the start.
So the questions here are 1)how long would it take for Reno to think of trying out his other ammunition, 2) how long would it take for his Reactive Evolution to amplify himself to 7-C., and 3) can his Fear-inducing Aura bypass forcefields and can it affect those who are stronger than him.

Reno also starts at 7-C, that what I meant when I said “7-C version and nothing else”. Yes, Reno’s attacks can withstand attacks higher than his own durability

Resistance to Cold won’t really stop Reno from firing stronger and stronger freezing attacks every time until he is able to overpower Weiss’ resistances, which is what he did to a Fortitude 6.4 Honju as he was initially unable to freeze it due to its regeneration but overtime he could eventually freeze 30% of its body.
So the questions here are 1)how long would it take for Reno to think of trying out his other ammunition,
He usually use them if he need more force into his attacks, like if his target is frozen solid, he would switch so he can use his other rounds to break the target to pieces if they haven’t broken apart on their own

He could switch to Conductor Round in case he need an alternative means of restricting his adversary but his freezing attacks are usually good enough for that
2) how long would it take for his Reactive Evolution to amplify himself to 7-C.,
As stated before, Reno is starting in 7-C but even if he were to start in base, it won’t take him no more than seconds given both his Accelerated Development and Reactive Evolution
and 3) can his Fear-inducing Aura bypass forcefields and can it affect those who are stronger than him.
I see no reason why Weiss‘ Aura would stop it and yes it would affect stronger people

I see, in that case this is probably a stomp for Reno since his Fear-inducing Aura will result in Weiss being paralyzed in fear, thus guaranteeing that his first hit will land. This will result in Weiss being frozen in place, which she won't be able to break out of since her Lifting Strength is Class M, while Reno's is Class G thus resulting in an instant win for him.
