So currently, Drawcia is scaled to her own 4-A feat of turning a galaxy into paint over time.
The problem is, the game heavily implies that Drawcia didn't do this over time, and has been hiding in her pocket dimension ever since her encounter with Kirby until he confronts and kills her.

"Suddenly, the world's colors warp, and a strange witch arises! Drawing in the air, the witch turns the land into a painting. Seeing Kirby, the witch flees into the sky towards a weird vortex. Kirby gives chase...Into a world made of paintings."
Nothing else in the game shows that she left the world made of paintings (though Kirby does). Kirby finds her in a painting in her personal World of Drawcia, not turning more things into paint or the like.

Ending text implies that Drawcia didn't do anything since spotting Kirby in the opening cutscene, as she didn't anticipate Kirby getting into her realm, as she thought she was safe there. Plus, the Magical Paintbrush reverts the damage caused by Drawcia in the time it took Kirby to enter a portal.
