Sorry man, but it's PIS. Giratina is >>>the rest of the PKMN verse, and Pokemon in general is subject to PIS. It's illogical for a moon being to even think about harming a universe+ one. I wish it could be though...

Let's not. The Creation Trio couldn't even close a space-time distortion in that movie, which they did in the movie before, in other words they were not shown to be anywhere near their usual level of power.
