Porygon-Z should take this. He can paralyze her, adapt to and resist her ice attacks via Conversion 2, copy her Fear Aura and Enhanced Senses via Trace, boost his already superior AP and dura, and pretty much nullify anything Esdeath can throw at him.
The only things helping Esdeath in this fight are her Time Stop and ISCIC, and by the time she decides to use them she'll most likely already have been obliterated.

Because she'll instantly become much faster within sword strike distance and Esdeath will have no idea?
Also all of those losses are either killing her before she activates it (Lancer) or midigating it completely.
But no Esdeath will always activate it when she's in danger.

You seem to have disregarded my points about Porygon-Z's status effect inducement and superior AP/Dura (Mountain level+ vs Mountain level).
Because of this, Porygon-Z can actually afford to take hits, and will have plenty of time to stall Esdeath off, use Trace or Conversion 2 to adapt to and replicate her arsenal, boost its already superior stats, and obliterate her with one shot. Heck, Porygon-Z could just activate its selective intangibility, purposely let Esdeath attack her, and off her on the spot with Discharge.
Reactive evolution is especially handy in countering her Fear Aura, as Porygon-Z will not only resist it, but will be using it against her as well. That, combined with status effect inducement and Esdeath's sadistic nature should definitely be enough to keep her from using anything that could be a threat to Porygon-Z.
Even if she did land a time stop, Porygon-Z's Mountain level+ durability should be enough to take any attack she has the stamina to pull off within stopped time, which I highly doubt would be ISCIC.
