So it's still a 3 vote gap. Plus there's nothing NLF about his resurrection. Imagine resurrecting from your soul is NLF. That's just Low Godly regen. Nothing broken.

No it's not.

Ashen and Cinos retracted their votes and Hiryu just FRA'd when there were no votes. And again all the votes are based off Resurrection.

Except it's not Low Godly. It's only being called that because the Name is "Soul Resurrection".
 
@Hst master Cinos and Hiryu were not counted. Ashen didn't retract his vote, he was asking how it wasn't a stomp if we went by what the Goku side was saying.
 
Not really because the thread hasn't been added. Not to mention it takes a high amount of Extrapolation to assume that. Especially when the exact description of it is "Revive using the Soul Gauge" there's zero else to go off and has to highly assumed that it's reviving him from his soul. While in Black Knight it's "Soul Gauge used for health when rings are gone"

Do we need any scans or proof of it working when it's from a video game where any technique or move that's being stated in the description tells you how it exactly does in gameplay?

Espilon counts them both and they were never uncounted. And Ashen even says he switched to inconclusive.
 
@Violet Yes, that's how we treat literally everything in this wiki. Video games are no exception. So show proof that he can resurrect from his soul otherwise his votes are invalidated.
 
@Theglassman12 Video Games aren't like some anime/manga, tv show, books, comic books, etc. when it comes to statements which in those mediums they're mostly exaggeration to get the viewers interested in entertainment. For games, however, they have no reason to lie or exaggerate any statements regarding on what certain techniques you're willing to perform.

But if you don't want to see this reduxed matchup added, I understand your feelings.
 
That's not a good excuse. Video games can also explain more about what that ability does if it wants. Using names of the abilities alone is not enough proof that he can regenerate from his soul.

Except my feelings towards whether this match is added or not isn't my concern, it's whether or not it's legit. And basing a resurrection ability's potency based on it's name alone does not sound legit. So once again, show proof that he can come back from just his soul alone with that resurrection, otherwise this back and forth is a waste of time.
 
Games being different than other sources of entertainment doesn't mean it can get away with anything. If the description is vague and doesn't provide the full picture of the ability, we don't just assume the highest interpretation of it. Doing that would be the exactly opposite of what we actually do.
 
This is not the thread to discuss this, it's cluttering the requests and making it harder to find them and add them. Open a new thread if you want to debate
 
Your essentially saying just add it without questioning the validity of the match. It's asinine to add it without question only to remove it almost immediately. As both AKM and Glass had said, prove that the resurrection is that potent with actual scans and evidence or the attempt to get this added as a win for Sonic is pointless.

If you want the match to not be added, do it somewhere else. This isn't the thread to debate on such trivial stuff that you yourself started. Either make your own redux, let the match added then you request to remove, or do nothing. You have 3 options.
 
Except it's not trivial. Several people have asked for legit proof and none has been given both here and in the thread. We don't simply add matches that aren't valid in the 1st place.
 
Continue the discussion on the thread itself. If the votes are invalid, they are invalid. Grace being over doesn't mean matches would get added based on invalid votes.

Yeah and if the votes are invalid it won't get added. Again we don't add threads with invalid votes irrespective of the number of votes or grace period.

As for the thread, I see there have been votes for the reasoning of repeated resurrection via soul which isn't proven and works on a lot of assumptions. It would translate to at least Low-Godly regen which isn't there on Sonic's profile, making the votes completely invalid.

Kindly make another thread, finish it right, and then ask for addition.
