Shulk vs Bowser

Shulk takes this with precognition, and Monado Arts. Any attack Bowser can use is either nullified by Shield, evaded by Speed, evaded with Visions, or heavily weakened with Armour. Shulk can also just stop Bowser's movement with Purge (we see it stop a Telethia's movement when it is first used by Alvis, and if we also count in-game usage, could seal anything Bowser has that acts like an aura). Beyond that, he can increase his damage with Enchant, deal large damage with range using Buster or Cyclone, and can remove potential buffs and cause bleeding with Eater.

Eh, I feel like Shulk could kill Bowser once before Bowser starts pulling out all the stops. Joker beat Bowser because he could bypass the resurrection before it becomes too much of a problem. Not sure if Shulk can. He can easily kill Bowser once, but Bowser'd resurrect at full power and would do stuff like creating infinite distance upon realizing he just died.
 
Bowser resists the latter two but if he murders Bowser, which he likely will, it'll put Bowser back at peak, sense dull and all.
