Vegeta does have the AP advantage right off the bat, but remember that both combatants can raise their stats and Kratos also has hax he can fall back on. Hax that Vegeta can't counter

I feel like you're giving Vegeta not enough credit. He doesn't merely have an AP advantage, he'd fully 1-shot Kratos.

@Choinoi wants to know why Vegeta's AP is enough to oneshot Kratos. I personally would like to know if this is correct (what I told him) "Vegeta is like 223x baseline and Kratos is near baseline".

Even if Kratos is 100x above baseline (and I doubt he is), this Vegeta is easily above him and having access to his SSJ forms means he can one-shot in an instant.

Where does 223x come from?
Thought I heard it in a prior discussion, wasn't sure if I had the right number, but he's now thinking that since Kratos is listed as Universal +, they should be even

Couldn't Kratos just use the Amulet of Uroborus to freeze Vegeta in time and age him to death?
Yes, but I was told that isn't his leading move. Any attack from Vegeta means victory, so whatever he does first decides the result.

Well after he sees a Galick Gun or two and none of his physical attacks work, I think Kratos would use it. Plus, he'd definitely be able to see how strong Vegeta is, because he sees Vegeta charging some strong attack, or shooting a bunch of energy balls at him, and he's gunna use the Oath Stone of Orkos to teleport out of the way

And Kratos can attack souls, so one hit from Kratos could actually oneshot Vegeta. I can't vote because I'm OP, but Kratos, who can teleport and can attack souls with universal AP vs someone with no teleport and no soul hax resistance...

Can Kratos resist Vegeta's Final Explosion?
Couldn't he just teleport away from it? It has a massive visual build-up, and does take a significant amount of time to release

Also, while Vegeta is building Final Explosion or Final Sacrifice, Kratos can just use Soul of Hades to summon Arms of Hades and mind break Vegeta so that he's basically a walking husk

Time manipulation, Age manipulating, clones, life force drain, the ability to hit someone's soul with a universal AP, teleportation, transmutation, Power Null, all things Vegeta can't deal with

Vegeta has a pretty good resistance to Mind Manipulation. He resisted Babidi's through sheer willpower, AKA Saiyan Pride. Vegeta also has Limited Power Nullification. Strong enough to destroy a GoD Toppo's Hakai Energy, which can Erase beings from existence, reguardless if they're a ghost or not.

Why wouldn't he lead with a shadow clone, or just use teleportation to get away from all of Vegeta's attacks?

No, I meant, has he done that as a leading move? As in, he starts his battles teleporting and creating clones?

I personally can't speak to what's in character for Kratos, as the only one of these two that I actually know is Vegeta, but he oneshots Vegeta with 90% of his arsenal. Vegeta has one very easy to achieve win condition: Hit Kratos in any fashion. Kratos can prevent this and oneshot in many different ways, but I don't know the likely hood of him using 1 of his million hax

That's only for PoH Kratos, not this key.
If you are referring to Palace of Hades, no, I'm not using that one. If you are referring to Power of Hope Kratos, yes I'm using the at least 3-A, likely High 3-A
