Verse-Specific Rule -
Currently we have a versus thread rule in place which disallows placing Naruto God-tiers, such as Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and Madara Uchiha against characters from One Piece and Bleach since they previously turned very toxic and the staff members were sick of constantly monitoring these threads.
Now the existence of this rule was completely fine back then since these threads usually became extremely toxic and hate-filled, but this is only within the context of 2018-2020 VSBW, the rule isn't needed anymore since all three fandoms aren't nearly as toxic towards each-other, and all three can have versus matches against each other without them even becoming toxic, much less as toxic as those previous 2018-2020 threads.
The thread rule should be completely removed since it isn't applicable to the current climate of VSBW HST versus threads.
Bleach-Specific Rule -
Currently we have a discussion rule for bleach which states:
"The current size for the Seireitei is accepted as being 509.3 kilometers in radius based on a statement from Yoruichi in chapter 76. There are visuals and other issues that contradict that size but there is also supporting evidence that indicates a large size for the Seireitei. Any future revisions concerning the size of the Seireitei should wait for additional evidence from the likes of databooks, adaptations, Word of God, etc. which could affect our current understanding of the Seireitei."
The existence of this rule is "fine" but something needs to be changed with it, with @Arc7Kuroi's Fade to Black thread being accepted it bumped the radius of the Seireitei from 509.3 km to 785.45 km, which means the radius value in the rule needs to be changed to match our current, accepted radius for the Seireitei.
