I would say so, yes. The thing that often escapes people, regarding DB, is that DB is actually pretty overpowered due to practically everyone having access to invisible attacks (Kiai) and telekinesis, and some having paralysis, that are only limited by the AP of the character using it.

Say that Vergil actually slashes Goku. Would it even kill Goku? Or would Goku just react and instantly atomise Vergil with an omnidirectional explosion?

Shaking the void with ultra instinct is irrelevant because that Goku is much stronger then this Goku

Shaking the foundations of the world is Low 6B, why is that even an argument

Vergil isn't 3-A for that. He's 3-A for having Urizen as his half who stomped DMC5 EoG Dante, who is vastly superior to his DMC4 self, and even stronger than his DMC2 self, who one-shotted Argosax The Chaos with nothing but his gun, who was gonna merge the Human and Demon World and turn it into one whole universe and is already armed with a few feats way above baseline 3-A. Dante also fought against Void Mundus, who is > Base Mundus, who is = Argosax's Despair Embodied mode, who is > Argosax the Chaos.

Sadly however, DB has an even higher scaling chain than this thanks to zenkais, training and other stuff, with Goku being already several times above baseline 3-A at the very start of the DBS anime. DBS Broly 3-A Goku is sooooooooooo much above this that it's not even funny.

Super Saiyan God Goku in Battle of Gods was calc'd to be at least 220x Baseline Universal. So yes.

Don't DBS 3-A have minor space-time destruction feats through raw power? They are overlooked but Vegeta in base form destroyed the RoSAT and SSB Goku destroyed Hit's pocket dimension of time, they should have some form of resistance to those types of attacks.
