Just to Add more stuuff more Mukuro (because my reason are a bit incomplete), She could Null Vanir's Mid godly with her Sealing which work on 4-D stuff (she basically sealed Space Time), Shut down any Vanir's funchion, power (so basically make him unable to do anything with power so no reincarnation or regen) and work against Consciousness, Souls and even abstract stuffs. even against Mio's Territory, an entire Universe.
Plus, The Sealing is stated to Could Seal all of Existence Shido is supposed to have no way of winning against her.
