It's worth to note that Musashi was full of pain, fear and anger during that match (he escaped at the end), so he had no time for conscious thought.

I also think about Accelerated Development for Musashi. In span of few day he has became so skilled that he was superior to Inshun who earlier destroyed him. He easily dodged attacks that he couldn't see in their previous fight and one shotted him, even though he couldn't land even few hits before. Hell, Inshun was even scared of him.
