Guys I direct you to the lack of speed equalized, and given how Doom is MHS and Vader is FTL it's a pretty big difference. He won't exactly get a chance to do anything before Vader wins.

It is applicable, but they usually never use it mid combat. Although Vader apparently used it against a Stormtrooper in a comic.

Vader for the reasons above. He is way faster and some of his hax can negate durability.

Ouch. I don't see Vader winning this. His speed is good and everything but Doom can fight keeping his distance, use forcefields, teleport, steal his powers, time travel to kill Anaking, do this, summon monsters to help him, BFR him to hell and more. What Vader offers is not a major threat to Doom.
