Would the warning system help keep track of a hypothetical three-strike policy?

We apparently technically have a forum warning system in place, but it is far too unspecific for our purposes, so our staff here will likely try to manage an official forum thread, that is locked for regular members, and in which we try to list warnings and their types and severities.

Well, I think that @Agnaa and @Crabwhale created an official thread for keeping track of warnings earlier.
