Multiple questions

How serious is Uryu?

Does he have good AoE attacks?

What's his counter to matter destruction and 15 clones?

1:Yes, Uryu always takes fights seriously and always makes strategies on the fly.

2: Yes
Licht Regen

3: Refer to the Antithesis

If this is the case Imma have to go with Uryu via higher AP and antithesis

One shotting isn't working here, if Uryu gets damaged he'll just direct said damage back onto her. That being said how far is she into 6-B?

Nah, probably not.

Kenpachi's feat was casual, and while I think that we can all agree that the gap between Kyoko and a normal person > gap between casual and serious Kenpachi, the feat is still higher

No, it's thought based. But Uryu can use it while in critical state to, he also remained conscious whenever Haschwalth reverted back the damage Uryu did to him with the Antithesis via the Balance, effectively doubling the damage done to Uryu.

If he needs to be alive, Kyoko just breaks him into particles.

If he transfers the damage halfway, Kyoko just heals herself, because if it was lethal he wouldn't transfer it to begin with.

If it doesn't work, the second times she just breaks down his brain or something so he can't activate it

Well, if no one is going to address them, Kyoko for my reasons I suppose.

The Antithesis is kinda useless against immortality + healing tbh.

Kyoko is always going to be able to take what he reflects, so it's only a matter of time before she manages to kill him

This might change actually, Quincy and Shinigami might get resistance to Matter manipulation. What level is her matter manipulation?

Unknown level.

Granted she can also just impale him through the head with a spear. The "she can survive that while he can't" argument still applies

Kyoko for these reasons

Verse equalization doesn't turn people into spiritual particles
Under the right circumstances it would, with that being said what's the energy in her verse? If she's Spiritual she'd have a body of Reishi like any other spirit in Bleach.

Couldn't he absorb her though assuming verse equalization ofc.
He doesnt do that in character, tho. Or even out of character.

No, Mayuri dipped before that could happen.
I rewatched the scene. There is no indication that Mayuri would have been absorbed.

Kyoko is 100% made of regular matter. Even her soul is (it's a crystal).

What do you mean with "what's the energy"?
