Battle between Prideful Spirtual Beings
Uryu Ishida vs Ren Tao
One day, while looking for strong opponents to fight against for training, Ren senses some strong spiritual presences, unrelated to that of Furiyoku. When he stumbles upon the sources of them, he finds Hollows lurking in the area. Wanting to improve his skills as a Shaman, Ren plans to defeat every last one. But Uryu intervines and destroys all of them at once, much to Ren's dismay. Ren complains to Uryu that he could have handled it on his own, but Uryu believes that such a small kid like him shouldnt be playing "Hollow Vanquisher" and should go play with their action figures. Pissing Ren off, he then challenges Uryu to a fight to teach him not to underestimate people and to try and prove the superiority of the Tao family. Uryu of course accepts, intending to show Ren the superior power of the Quincy.
Both are in their strongest forms, so to give Uryu a better chance he is getting the Anthesis.
