If theres no infinity stuff, match should be fine. Ur dragon can do anything any dragon in the setting can do except far better, which includes the likes of Bolas and Ugin. With that Nigh Omniscence, it should know most if not all of the spells as well. What's notable about SMT protag? I don't know anything about that series, and applications of their powers are usually a better thing to judge than just the words in that section.

Abel isn't comparable to YHVH in any way, shape or form. The Original King of Bel was murdered and tore apart by Yehowah when he was a vastly weaker lesser deity

If you want to be technical, there are quite a few statements of being at YHVH's level, so he's not completely out of his league

Nah, metatron is explicitly the lesser tetragrammation, and demons like belberith have increased their power in various ways, not to mention him becoming awakenee. Besides, the original Bel was explicitly a threat to YHVH

Babel: Can summon the other Bels, with their powers increased relative to his.

Even an horde of ininfites Metraton are a punching Bag (if not the Yamcha of SMT lol).

Abel can summon "any" demon special the Bel one and boosted them all in his level, Also, "All" Skills/abilities/Powers/Pasives of DeSu 1 Abel Can Learn.

Well, the statement of Devil Survivor could also refer to he's currently the most notable avatar of YHVH o3o considering how Satan didnt appear at that time and Merkabah is yet to fused. So the best thing Law side have is a giant Gundam, an usually-get-bullied gundam, lol.

Also, on-topic. Dont know if you guy take this as a feat or not, but we get to see a hint in the devil survivor that combined might of 4 archangel is much greater than Metatron, which could be refer to Merkahba's power. Abel after fully awakened as the Overlord, scares the hell out of Metatron's team with his mere prescene. So Abel is vastly above Metatron at this point, he could be said to be stronger than fusioned Lucifer as well
