Doctor never null Tier 1-A magic, also any shit that falls as a psychic power (Not necessarily Telekinesis) would not be nullified, since the time lords discarded it from the list of banned magic, so if Raidou has a psychic ability it will work anywayDoesn’t that not work cause the magic nullification?
