Upgrade of the 9 Pokemon God Tiers (sorta)

It's come to my attention about how casual universal+ Dialga and Palkia are. Legitimately, Dialga and Palkia stabilize time and space with their heartbeat and breath respectively. Seeing how casual this is, I think this at least warrants an "At Least Low 2-C" rating. And maybe 2-C for base Arceus.

I definitely think an "At least" is warranted if they did it this casually.

But I'm not sure about a tier jump. I guess it'd depend on the tier gap between Low 2-C and 2-C, if such a thing is even quantifiable. Maybe a "possibly/likely higher."

Though if Arceus overpowered 3 people that control timelines with their mere basic body functions alone, while in a weakened state, I think 2-C seems reasonable for him.

If it's that casual, I think it'd warrant "At least Low 2-C", with this added explanation. 2-C for base Arceus also seems reasonable.

Quite funny, Arceus' sealed form is now on part with his old unsealed form.

I agree with this as well for reasons above. This should also upgrade Darkrai and Cresselia.
